Our client is an extremely well known name when it comes to Australian luxury ready-to-wear, with their stores being the ultimate "go-to" for beautiful high-end luxury apparel. A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Manager to join one of Australia's largest women's apparel retailers. Being one of the most powerful fashion brands within the Australian market, this company is on the forefront of expanding globally.



Reporting to the Head of Retail, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing up to 13 boutique stores and concession stands along with their teams through extensive coaching and development and providing appropriate training opportunities and managing the recruitment process. You must strive to uphold the brand name by ensuring that exceptional service is provided by the teams at all times. Key accountabilities also include consistent monitoring of all financials and K.P.I's, and also taking appropriate measures to uphold and go beyond all expectations. Consistent communication and feedback on each stores performance with the General Manager is also a key element to the role.



To be considered for this position you must have proven extensive experience in multi-site management, ideally in a regional structure in women's fashion. You must have key skills in implementing and executing sales and growth strategies, a background in managing and exceeding budgets and sales targets and a sound knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office usage. The successful candidate will also have exceptional time management, communication and motivational skills. You must also have a valid driver's license and a retail qualification is also preferred.



A very competitive salary is on offer, which also includes bonuses and a car allowance. Extensive training and development will also be provided to the successful candidate to assist in their growth and knowledge of the company.
