Our client is looking to fill this exciting 12 month maternity cover for an experienced Marketing Manager based in their prestigious Wangara Office. They are market leaders in their field and have an excellent reputation with clients who are in the B2B area. The Exciting Opportunity:



You will be working closely with and reporting into the CEO and will also be managing a team of 4 marketing staff so we are looking for the successful candidate to have people management experience and to lead by example. You will be highly competent in delivering effective marketing communications plans along with managing various marketing projects and campaigns to drive sales, increase brand visibility and grow their market share.



You will be responsible for managing the delivery of the corporate marketing strategy which includes implementing all online and offline marketing campaigns i.e. PPC, direct mail and email. Also, you will take control of delivering leads into key product areas through advertising across various online and offline mediums whilst measuring and tracking lead performances month on month. Additionally you will take ownership of the brand, 2 websites, 2 mobile sites, a mobile app and various other online portals. Finally, you will be responsible for managing relationships with various external agencies and monitoring of annual budgets and marketing performance.



The Successful Candidate:



We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with both digital and traditional marketing experience. You will possess the ability to lead and manage a team in delivering marketing communications strategies for both client acquisition and retention purposes. You will be adept at running marketing campaign which will generate new business and increase brand visibility. You will also demonstrate strong verbal, written and numeric skills, possess the ability to build strong working relationships with individuals and organisations, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly customer centric with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience. If you have experience working in the finance, credit, accounting, automotive or fleet industry areas, this will be highly regarded, however this is not essential.



This is an immediate opportunity and requires commitment to a minimum of 12 months being employed on a fixed term contract with a view to possible extension.
