Key Qualifications:

•Minimum 1 year AppleCare experience

•Excellent people management and interpersonal skills

•Ability to run reports from various systems

•Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and German (other language is a plus) with a proven ability in communicating at all levels of the organization.

•Quick learner, adaptable and ability to multi-task on a daily basis

•Outstanding follow through and organizational ability

•No attendance warnings, documented coaching, or misconduct warnings

•Fluency in English, and German, is essential. Spanish fluency is an advantage.


Description:

The Team Manager will be driven with proven leadership abilities and will compliment in achieving our world-class levels of customer satisfaction. He/She will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual who will be involved in building a strong team.



The successful candidate is responsible for providing daily supervision, and promoting the development of representatives in the AppleCare Organisation.



•Meet overall monitoring goals

•Meet standard performance goals

•Participate in hiring, and training development as needed

•Perform HR and Administrative tasks

•Hold weekly staff meeting

•Conduct employee one on one’s

•Actively manage the performance of their team

•Define and deliver goals and expectations for direct reports

•Measure and report attainment of goals

•Monitor advisor training requirements

•Share best practices

•Seek and take action on improvement opportunities

•Flexibility to work varied shifts on a 6-day schedule
