Service Architect

A well-known and prestigious organisation specialising in IT solutions and services currently require the expertise of a Service Architect. This permanent job based in North Dublin calls for an established professional with a minimum of 10years experience working in a fast paced IT environment.

A proven capability in both bid- to-win and delivery is essential as you will be tasked with the creation of service solutions and offerings to drive the overall growth and productivity of the wider business.

Key responsibilities will include

* To define, agree and document the Service Architecture and Service Management for all Managed Service accounts and bids.

* To define, agree and document the Service Governance Guide for an account.

* To ensure an account or bid undertakes appropriate Service Management (SDBM) gate reviews.

* To review all the projects that will impact service and service management during the lifetime of the contract and collate this into the Service Management Plan section of the Service Governance Guide (as defined by ISO/IEC 20000).

* To document the account roles and responsibilities and structures.

* To identify and agree all impacted capability units and third parties.

* To capture and document the governance arrangements and bodies.

* To assist the programme manager in successfully deploying the service management structures and governance framework through

o quality assuring deliverables being deployed by the programme

o addressing the transition requirements from the clients existing arrangements to the new Service Architecture



ITIL certification to level 2 is required for this position. As you would expect there is a competitive remuneration package for this position and will be dependent upon individual experience.
