This national food business has a nationwide presence operating in multiple locations across Australia. They are widely recognized within their industry and have ambitious plans to develop their business locally with larger contracts and new product lines. They are currently restructuring their management team and are undergoing a period of culture change within their WA operations.
Due to this restructure they are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Compliance Manager to drive the next phase within the business. This role will require someone who has a keen eye for quality and the ability to improve and manage the current quality systems. You will also be an influential leader providing mentor-ship and guidance to the production and maintenance teams implementing a positive and empowering culture to the greater business.
To be successful you will ideally have a qualification in food science or quality and have strong experience working within the food industry or similar. You will also have strong communication skills both written and oral for reporting and auditing purposes and have a strong knowledge of quality standards and national regulations.
