Overall Purpose of Job:
- Subject matter expert for the Adwords portfolio of Accenture
- The individual will look at driving delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics) across our Adwords team
- Special focus on driving analytics, client business value, process benchmarking and productivity improvements
- Work with delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams.
Primary Role:
The Adwords Lead will be part of a team responsible running a large team of account optimizers who analyze and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The lead will be accountable for SLAs, new business development, mobilization, setting up of new product teams, managing project escalations/governance and innovation. The ideal candidate is very tech savvy, has a working knowledge of adwords and operations workflow, and thrives in a fast paced team environment. Expertise with Google Adwords/Google Analytics and Excel is a must. Experience with Web technologies and basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage overall delivery of the operations. Ensure timely analysis and optimizations of campaigns, campaign
- performance optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Managing a team •which conducts Site audits and recommendations • Keyword research • Ad copy creation • Bid management • Client competitor analysis • Strategy development & testing • Identifying new opportunities for campaign growth • Analysis of post click behavior • Client budgetary control • Making recommendations for improved performance
- Maintain proactive communications regarding account status across multiple account stakeholders including sales, senior management and customer contacts.
- Ensure immediate and direct feedback to both account managers and account optimizers regarding campaign issues.
- Constantly monitor and improve customer satisfaction as it relates to successful campaign management.
- Create and document ad-words best practices policies and procedures
Secondary Role:
- Drive capability enhancements within the iLCS portfolio through networks and collaboration
- Contribute in delivering client business value in existing services through service enhancements as well as analytics driven insights into clients business.
- Drive best practices across marketing services portfolio
- The candidate will be the key person responsible for driving adoption of the next gen services/ offering across existing clients
- Will be a key part of the team which is involved in:
- Identifying appropriate Next Gen services for clients, and deploying them at clients
