I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to join one of the UK’s largest IT providers in their Managed Services division. The Change Analyst is a member of the Change Management team reporting to the Change Manager and working closely with Customers, Project Management, 3rd party service providers, Developers and other stakeholders to plan and manage the implementation of all Service changes in the Operations schedule.



The successful candidate will be required to:



•Production and management of the Change Schedule, managing competing interests of different groups

on occasion in the interests of the Customers overall priorities

•Maintain an intimate awareness and understanding of changes occurring and planned in the production

& UAT environments, together with an awareness and appreciation of wider trends and events which

may impact the business, ensuring that all service changes are captured and planned into the forward

change schedule

•Ensuring that all relevant documentation and information is distributed appropriately and that all

changes to hardware and software are captured and that the CMDB is kept up to date

•Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed through the change lifecycle and that their

expectations are managed
