HAYS Construction are currently working with a specialist contractor with an excellent reputation in the market place for providing high-quality service. Due to recent success and the winning of a number of upcoming projects they are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to support a team of engineers and senior operational staff.



This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Contract Administrator, where you will gain excellent experience and career development opportunities, as well as working with some highly experienced Project Managers who will offer their time and expertise to make you a success.



As Contract Administrator, you will you will manage the administration of all contracts in accordance with company standards, monitor the performance of subcontracts, agreeing monthly payment applications formulating change orders regarding scope and pricing. You will also assist in the review and settlement of claims.



To be considered for the role, you will have a proven background in contracts administration / quantity surveying within the building / construction market and be degree qualified in a construction or commercial related discipline. You will be enthusiastic, willing to take direction and have strong organisational and communication skills.
