Our client is a top performing business in the chemical manufacturing sector, part of a large international group.

Due to some significant new wins, they are currently experiencing tremendous growth.



They are now looking to appoint their new NZ Operations Manager to join their new Executive team.

Reporting to the NZ MD, you will have responsibility for controlling operating budget and managing performance against targets.

You will manage multiple site operations across the country and oversee all operational functions from purchasing, inward goods through to distribution.

You will also have to oversee the storage, handling and transporting of dangerous goods to legal and company standards.

As you will be managing up to 30 staff, you will be a strong and charismatic leader who can lead, motivate and coach your team.

Due to the nature of the industry, exceptional skills and knowledge of safety / HS&E procedures will be crucial.



You will have knowledge of the chemical industry and have a strong track record in leadership positions in manufacturing / production environments.
