Our client is a respected Custom Builder in Western Sydney. They have been building Customised homes for over 25 years and won many awards for their high standards. A unique role has come up due to increased work load and could the perfect career step for you to start 2015.



The ideal candidate must have senior experience in estimating for either a Custom Builder or Project Homes. You must be passionate about what you do and keen to work for a family-owned company. This is a pivotal role within the organisation which in return has much in the way of reward. If you are a senior estimator looking for a more rewarding position and have solid estimating experience this could be the right opportunity for you.



This is a full time permanent position that will offer career development for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience within the estimating field. A high level of attention to detail and experience within the residential building sector is required for this position. Experience using BusinessCraft will be looked upon favourably for this position.



Your day to day duties will consist of liaising with subcontractors for costs and quotations, preparing bills of quantities for new house designs, preparing tender documentation, reviewing and analysing tender submissions, reviewing and managing supplier agreements along with liaising with internal departments to ensure strict deadlines are met. The role comes with full autonomy of the Office manager, as you will be the 'go-to' person in the office.
