Our client is a leading Australian bank with a serious edge in providing innovative online banking solutions. Customer service is at the heart of everything they do and they now need outstanding communicators to join their truly unique team of Customer Experience Specialists.
This is banking as you may not know it; their customers want savvy service, they want emotionally intelligent advisors who are comfortable speaking over the phone, writing informed email responses and are happy to jump on to social media and chat forums to interact with their customers.
We are seeking Customer Experience Specialists with previous call centre/customer service experience ideally from a banking environment. To be successful in your application, you will have a passion for connecting positively with people and will have excellent verbal and written communications skills. You will be a committed team player and will be available to work rotating roster shift patterns which will cover 38 hours per week, Mon - Sun with excellent opportunity for overtime penalty rates available.
