Description


English native speaker or fluent in speaking & writing, Mandarin native speaker or advanced speaking proficiency Minimum 3-5 years experience in training, coaching or learning and development Experience working in a corporate environment Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams and leaders Strong facilitation skills and outgoing personality Content development experience preferred Coaching certification or experience preferred Able to work independently and creatively Willing to travel frequently within Mainland China Passion for people development Other notes: Based in Shanghai or Shenzhen or willing to relocate Approx. 25% travel required

Job Summary
