Senior Internal Audit Manager for a F500 US company

This company is a well-known US fortune 500 company, with strong stable business in China. Currently they are looking for an senior internal audit manager based in the Shenzhen, their China HQ.



As senior internal audit manager, you will ensure a high integrity Global Audit Services corporate team, treating all associates with respect, keeping confidences, and ensuring that diversity is accepted and facilitated within the department; ensure the team developing according to Global Audit Services strategy and complying with company standard; need to overall charge of each audit assignment from planning to wrap-up, effectively utilize audit resources to carry out the assignments; instruct and coach the team, ensure all working methods and documentation meet Global Audit Services Audit Methodology and other required standards; ensure high quality (meet Global Audit Services standard) on deliverables and reports issued; identify auditee's significant opportunity, control defectiveness/deficiency based on audit work, drive recommendation become auditee's action plan; utilize the team's audit resources to support ad hoc assignments upon in-country management or Global Audit Services requests, e.g. supports to other countries' audit team, management consulting,, M&A, etc; manage to provide necessary supports to external auditor; and support Department Head to encourage the team's morale.



As the successful candidate, ideally you should have at least 10 years of audit related experience as a general finance leader. CPA related certificate is must. Good presentation skill in both Chinese and English is highly preferred.
