Technical Consultant to 25k
To assist in the delivery of exceptional quality consultancy services to partner and customer organisations in
the delivery our clients products.
Main duties include
> Acting in a consulting role with customers and partners to deliver professional services and
Automated Intelligence's suite of software products through a range of activities including installation,
deployment, data migration and training
> Working closely with customers to define and deliver their requirements, managing expectations
during delivery and producing relevant documentation where required
> Planning, execution and management of data migration activities from and to a variety of EDRMS
> Providing technical consultancy to customers on SharePoint 2010 and 2013
> Developing product customisations as appropriate to meet specific customer and project
requirements
> Articulating new customer requirements to internal development teams and product owners for
future product capability
> Assisting in pre-sales activities as required
> Travelling extensively (approx. 75%) to and/or work from client sites as required to fulfil the
responsibilities of the role
> Any other reasonable duties as required by Management.
Responsible for staff/ equipment:
Essential Criteria:
> Experience of programming in C#
> An IT qualification from the following list (or equivalent/higher) at a strong academic standard;
o Bachelor's Degree
