Head of Purchase to Pay

They have created a successful shared services centre in West Bromwich and as a result of acquisition and organic growth they have created a new opportunity for a Head of Purchase to Pay.



As a member of the senior management team, you will take an instrumental role in supporting and developing the Interserve finance operating model, finance business processes, ERP platform and finance operations centre in providing core accounting and finance processing services.



You will manage and develop a highly efficient, flexible and responsive Purchase to Pay team, with over 60 heads, ensuring costs are minimised and service targets are met in line with Service Partnering Agreements (SPA) and best practice benchmarks.



To be successful in this role you need to strong leader, with excellent communication and team building skills. You will also need significant experience of managing large teams within a Shared Service Centre environment and previous experience in identifying and implementing significant PTP process improvements.
