You will be responsible for the recruitment in the Mango stores in South of Germany and you will promote and participate in different HR projects.

- store team & management recruitment for existing stores and new store openings, managing the end-to-end recruitment process in-house from advertising through to offer.

-sourcing candidates through company website, social media, internet jobsites.

- exit interviews/staff retention.
