An organisation based in the CBD requires an experience Project Manager to join their team ASAP on an initial one month ongoing contract.



The department you will be joining are responsible for the planning and delivery of new acquisitions, upgrades and maintenance to a large portfolio of social housing across Victoria.

As the Project Manager, you will be accountable for managing, coordinating and monitoring the delivery of upgrade and maintenance projects on time and within strict budgets.



You will have a continual involvement in the development and implementation of their programs, services and framework to improve the service coordination and possess strong communication skills as you will be expected to interaction with a range of external professional resources that are actively involved in the housing upgrade's and maintenance projects.



The ideal candidate will be have experience within the building industry, as a Project Manager desirably within the Public Sector coupled with qualifications in Project Management, Architecture or Building Surveying.
