HAYS Construction is working with a leading fit-out and refurb contractor, who are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to provide support to the commercial team through a highly busy period.



Quickly integrating within the estimating team and working closely with the senior project managers, you will play a highly important role in the estimating function, by completing submissions and tenders from pre-tender through to handover. You prepare initial estimating assessments, liasing with sub-contractors to perform sub-contractor selection, presentation of BOQs and final tender presentation to clients. You will also assist in the development of construction programmes and methodologies.



You will have a proven background in the development and submission of successful tenders within the fit-out space with good knowledge of Buildsoft. You will have an excellent understanding of the full construction life-cycle, with the ability to develop construction programmes using MS Project.



This is a contract opportunity for an initial 4-6 week period, with a potential for longer term week should it prove to be a successful stint for all parties.
