An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our clients construction team in the ACT, this progressive builder is currently winning market share across both private and government projects.



Our client is well-known throughout the commercial, retail, health and education sectors and are regarded as a builder of choice. Their expertise covers projects valued up to $50M+ with a future focus on larger jobs. They are highly professional, employee focused and have created an upfront approach to client relationships.



This role would suit an experienced Contracts Administrator or Contract Manager who is looking to take the

"next step" into Construction Project Management. Our client strongly believes in promoting internally and is seeking to build a succession plan around you as the successful candidate.



To be successful in this position you will have previous experience working for a commercial builder as a Contract Administrator or Contract Manager, your will be degree qualified and have a strong passion for construction.
