Inside Partner Service Manager, VCP
Greater Atlanta Area, US - Computer Software, Information Technology and Services


The PSM is directly responsible for communication with Aggregators, Partners (VCP), Distribution, and RMMs to ensure understanding of the VCP partner program, license options and reporting structure. This role is also responsible for ensuring all the above parties are reporting timely and accurately to Veeam on products consumed. The Partner Service Manager will be the primary point of contact, consulting with partners supporting business development and help sales initiatives. This allows us to provide a total solution and effectively educate the VCP community on the benefits and value of Veeam to the Service Provider market.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with partners/aggregators/RMM to ensure proper reporting, billing and drive increased consumption at existing partners.

Maximize Veeam coverage within the partner ecosystem to ensure all Veeam products are represented.

Provide support to Veeam sales, Aggregators, RMM’s and VCP partners including follow up, product information, quotations and audits. VCP license validation and monitoring of all ge reporting for rental licenses as well as perpetual licenses.

Receive and respond to inbound partner applications, license request, and usage reporting form distribution.

Effectively communicate with partners to ensure understanding of the VCP partner program and benefits.

On-going education of Aggregators/RMM and Partners on monthly reporting. This education could be formal or informal knowledge transfer on the Hosting/Service Provider Program, including program/Licensing guide overview, Solutions and Best Practices for Veeam Cloud Provider Program.

The Partner Service Manager could also be asked to develop, assist in developing, and/or reviewing materials such as Program and License guides, Partner training, Program presentations, FAQs, Operations Training, On-Boarding, Process documentation, etc. for Aggregators, Cloud Providers, and Veeam personnel.

Targeted Accounts will be: All VCP Partners, RMM, Aggregators and perpetual distributor.

Responsible for nurturing overall Partner to Aggregator relationships.

Mange VCP license validation and monitoring of all reporting for rental licenses as well as perpetual licenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

One - three (1 -3) years’ experience of partner relationship or vendor management. Software sales a plus

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools

Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be high-energy, motivated and a self-starter.

Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.

Responsible for nurturing overall Partner to Aggregator relationships.
