On behalf of SITA WorkBridge, Hays is recruiting a Solution Consultant, to expand their consultancy team in Copenhagen. The company is a leader in the field of mobile resource management solutions for the airport handling market and its solutions are used by operators around the world.

Areas of responsibilities
As a Solution Consultant, you will participate in global teams delivering the SITA WorkBridge resource management systems to the customers, providing ways to improve their business and processes by effectively applying SITA WorkBridge applications.

Analysis and expert consultancy
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, your work tasks will include providing expert consultancy and advice to customers, by analyzing their requirements and needs, and link this to the SITA WorkBridge solutions. You will help the customers with the set-up and configuration of the software, and conduct trainings and workshops of end-users.

Experience implementing software solutions
You will be a successful candidate if you have between 1 – 5 years of experience, with implementing software solutions at customers. You have the technical ability to understand customer’s demands and produce functional and technical specifications for development department. Furthermore, you have experience working with programming or SQL along with, minimum a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Programming.

Fluency in verbal and written English is required, and additional language skills, such as Spanish, French, and Chinese etc. will be a plus. Aviation industry knowledge will be an advantage, but is not required.

Customer focused and result-oriented
As a person, you are result oriented with a positive attitude. You are an outgoing person with good communication skills to interact with customers. The combination of technical and personal skills is a key in this position. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently and willingness to travel minimum 10 days a month.
