Job Summary:



The Talent Fulfillment Analyst acts as the focal contact for all supply/demand related processes for the Australian business, specifically Consulting Workforce.



The role works closely with the Deployed to Entity Lead to fulfill demand for the Australian business, specifically Consulting Workforce. This role also requires working closely with the Australian Demand Management Specialist and/or Lead and Schedulers to assess and action current and future supply/demand requirements.



This role is also expected to partner with Consulting Human Resources Lead to address employee engagement related matter. It is expected that the Supply/Demand role will support a group of 250-300 headcount.

Key Responsibilities:



Supply:

  • Responsible for Consulting supply, and to a practicable extent-Australian Business Supply-ensuring employees are staffed closely aligned to their skills/preferences

  • Responsibly capture employees' expectations and strive towards meeting the discussed outcome

  • Responsible for all scheduling deliverables Availability Report; Chargeability Report; ANZ Forecasting Report and Integrated Forecasting Tool amongst others) and ensure data integrity and structure accuracy

  • Responsible for resolving staffing related matter (managing escalations and conflicts, chargeability, etc)

  • Pro-actively recommend and position candidates to potential projects and ensuring good close off from both supply/demand front

  • Pro-actively engage and stay informed of all current and future scheduling directions

  • Demonstrate good understanding of supply/demand situations with all internal clients

  • Capitalizing functional scheduling experience and value add to the Consulting supply/demand arena, and to a practicable extent-Australian Business Supply/Demand

  • Accountable for Solutions Chargeability metrics and work with Deployed to Entity Lead to drive chargeability for Consulting Workforce




Demand:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for Demand Fulfillment

  • Review demand as well as validate weekly Master Demand and pro-actively close the supply/demand gap

  • Pro-actively take a first cut analysis of Weekly Master Demand and goes beyond expanding Consulting bandwidth on all projects across locations

  • Establish good liaison with Australian Demand Specialist and ensure all current and future demands are posted and maintained in the Weekly Master Demand relating to Consulting Workforce

  • Work effectively and proactively with business stakeholders to ensure good balance of supply and demand and diligently close off demand gaps by the stipulated time-line

  • Think and analyze beyond available data and exercise functional knowledge in recommending solutions to business stakeholders, individuals

  • Accurately capture and understand what is behind an activity/request and its correlation from demand/supply perspective

  • To be knowledgeable at all time the demand and supply situations in Consulting Workforce

  • To strive to increase the Workforce blend in all scheduling opportunities




    • Bachelor degree and have gained more than 1-2 years experience in a relevant HR role.

    • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
