Job Description:
Provide remote resolution front line support for Desktop, Workstations, Laptop and other technologies as required.
Resolve all RS Tickets or Requests to customer satisfaction and within their Service Level agreements.
Good Knowledge of Windows.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor"s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor"s degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Four or more years of functional area experience (i.e. finance, human resources, procurement, information technology, etc.)
- Experience working with organizational functional and personnel.
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software and telephone technology.
- Experience working with help desk software.
Other Qualifications- Business and analytical problem solving skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to understand and apply regulations applying to functional area.
