The company is looking for a Learning & Development Supervisor to be based in Suzhou for their nearly acquired plant. This role will be responsible for developing employees' capabilities development framework and leadership development learning plan and establishing training budget based on annual training plan. Assisting Competency Development Manager to translate the organizational strategic objectives into training and development strategy and objectives.
Ideally, the person we seek for this opportunity will possess a Bachelor or above degree in human resources management and related major; the candidate should be equipped with 5-8 Years' experience in design and development of training interventions, Knowledge and skill in implementing adult learning theory in training interventions Good people skill, Strong communication and partnering skills;Successful candidate should possess Strong teamwork spirit and Strong problem solving capability. Fluent English and Mandarin communication is a must
