An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced civil engineer to join a a leader in the land developmentindustryin WA. An internal promotion, coupled with a steady and secure client base has created an exciting opportunity for a WA experienced land development engineer to join their growing team. You will be responsibility for the successful project development and delivery of a range of urban infrastructure projects. You will be overseeing the detailed design, design management and all documentation associated with such projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will be client facing with key stakeholders including developers, contractors, and the internal design team. You will be instrumental in the development of junior engineers, and strategic input into the growth of the business.



You are a degree qualified engineer, with an extensive consulting engineering background in Western Australia, within the residential and commercial land development sector. Previous experience within construction is desirable, however not essential. You have proven track record in successfully delivering mid-large scale projects, with demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting and delivery. Your excellent communication skills and commercial acumen will ensure existing relationships are maintained as well as have the opportunity to develop new business.
