Our client is a leading Australian bank with a reputation for providing innovative products and outstanding customer service. In order for them to continue to provide award winning service, they are seeking several Customer Experience Specialists to join their inbound contact centre.

This is an ideal position for experienced contact centre specialists who enjoy working in a fun and casual environment, are willing to go above and beyond to provide a superior customer service and want to be rewarded for their hard work.



We are currently seeking several Customer Experience Specialists to assist their retail customer base. This is a varied role where you will be providing customer service by phone, email, live web chat, and other social media channels like Twitter. They are a 24/7 contact centre and we have varied morning and afternoon shifts available, some of which qualify for excellent penalty rates!



Eligible candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, an enthusiasm for customer service and solid experience in banking.
