Our client is a key player in the Professional Services industry, recognised around the world for providing first rate advice to its dedicated network of clients.



Due to an increased workload, a need has arisen for anenergeticparalegal to join the commercial team. You will provide key technical and administrative support to this busy team. You will preform a range of administrative duties but most specifically you will update and maintain the company statutory books, you will prepare documents for submissions to the Regulators, you will draft and amend various company documents and manage all correspondence. You will also be required toliaisewith other business units on a regular basis.



To be considered for this role you will have at least 12monthsexperience working as a paralegal in a similar environment. Candidateswho are available for an immediate start will be given preference.
