Senior Investment Manager

Our client is a well known foreign property developer and they have commercial projects around whole China. Currently they're looking for a Senior Investment Managers who is going to be based in Shanghai.



As a Senior Investment Manager, you need to source and originate investment opportunities for the funds under management, Responsible for preparation and updating weekly Deal Flow Reports. Responsible for collecting market intelligence on transactions and activities of competing funds and investors, and prepare call reports for investment opportunities.



In order to apply this role, you need to have at least 8 years working experience in investment activities. Candidates with well known real estate fund or developer and good track record will be highly preferred.
