Payroll Analyst

Singapore, SG - Banking

International Banking Group requires an experience Payroll analyst to help with important process improvements as well as regular payroll requirements. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of reviewing and streamlining payroll and admin processes and identify areas for potential improvement to be in line with the best business practices. This is a 6 to 12 months contract to start with, but with a possibility of becoming permanent.



You will be responsible for many important functions and be required to maintain Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with payroll vendors and HR community. Other Responsibilities will responsibilities include:



* Reconciliation of payroll balance sheet accounts

* Payroll metrics and compliance requirements

* Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, as required

* Responsible for Payroll tax year end activities for multi-countries

* Perform secondary owner for another country payroll operations, as assigned

* Participate in the design and implementation of new processes

* Participate in payroll transition and ad-hoc projects as assigned

* Participate in payroll system testing activities, and operations readiness activities

* SAP Payroll knowledge will be advantageous





You will require an excellent knowledge of Asian payroll and at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Additionally knowledge of payroll accounting will be advantageous, while strong communication and systems skills will be essential.
