Our client is an international design studio offering services in architecture, urban design, planning, and interiors. They are committed to creating thoughtful and responsible architecture which is tied to a true story of place while forging a greater connection between the built environment and an improved quality of life. Focused on the creation of unique and compelling retail and mixed-use destinations worldwide, the cohesive sensibility of their practice is expressed in a customer-centric approach with an emphasis on communication and teamwork in a dynamic and positive office culture.



To support their business growth and development in China, they are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager. This is a well-rounded role where the key responsibilities will not only be interfacing with client, LDI, and other design consultants, but will also include office management and marketing presentation which are crucial to this position.



To excel in this role you should have minimum 10 years' experience working on large scale shopping centres and mixed use commercial projects from design through construction. Architectural license and LEED certification will be very well regarded. Knowledge of general planning and code regulations in China are critical for this role. In addition, an effective writing and communication skill is also needed along with fluency in both English and Mandarin. A working knowledge of Revit would be considered an added plus for any prospective candidate.
