Hays are recruiting a student and Intern Segment Specialist for one of Australia's leading medical defence organisations.



This organisation is members owned and can provide legal advice, support and insurance services as well as rapid response to urgent medicolegal issues.



The aim of this role is to develop strategic plans for student and intern segments that will drive an increase in market share and member engagement.



You will be required to drive the student and intern segmentation strategy by applying research and member insights to all material, ensuring continuous improvement. You will manage the pre and post marketing required for all campaigns including writing agency briefs and debriefing feedback, liaising with member services and sales team, writing/editing copy for selected channels - ensure end to end process is mapped and understood.



You will work with business Intelligence to ensure reporting of segments is detailed enough to apply learning's of campaigns, Conduct quarterly reviews of competitors and document findings including product aspects and conduct research as required for a better understanding of segments.



To be eligible for this role you must have a Marketing or communication degree. Experience

in campaign management is essential. You will be required to work with a high volume team

across various projects and liaise with many stakeholders.



You must be highly motivated and results driven.
