Sr. Sales Executive

This position is perfect for a business development executive with an expertise in the technology Industry. Looking for an individual who is a ’hunter’ in their approach to developing new accounts and understands the business justifications & value of engaging Atos as a preferred provider of IT Professional Service offerings.
The role of the Sr. Sales Executive is to identify develop new C-level relationships and drive development of new business within targeted accounts in the Application Management business sector within Systems Integration. The Sr. Sales Executive will work in conjunction with team to prioritize accounts and opportunities, to develop sales plans, to position Atos IT Solution & Services capabilities within outsourcing and consulting disciplines, and to bring deals to contract.
The Sales Executive will be required to:
• Go-to-market
• Understand customer competitive drivers
• Be positioned as a business partner at all levels of the organization, with a first focus on executive management
• Anticipate business needs and manage definition of Atos’ value proposition roadmap and overall selling activities
• Customer management
• Define and manage account plans, leveraging use of alliances/ partners as required
• Manage complex customer situations and overall customer satisfaction
• Promote Atos capabilities and innovative solutions to the customer with the partners
• People management
• Set up and manage account team, from recruitment to integration and operational performance
• Sales Operations
• Manage sales pipeline and monitor Account KPIs: business development costs, cash etc.
