As FM Operations Manager you will have 10 direct reports and over 300 indirect. You will tactically implement the contract delivery strategy, ensuring Safety and compliance is front of mind for the contract team. This Facility Management Operations Manager opportunity will test your leadership and commercial capabilities. Extensive client interaction and influencing will challenge your influencing skills.



Joining one of the leading Facilities Management Service Providers in Australia as the FM Operations Manager for one of their highest profile contracts will provide extraordinary internal and industry exposure and profile. Success in this role will establish you as an FM industry leader. Remuneration will be circa $120K - $140K + Super + Car, and will reflect your relevant experience and capabilities for the position.
