This locally owned organisation has a long history of property ownership in Adelaide and needs your experience in retail leasing and commercial property management. With one of the largest rent rolls in SA which includes commercial, industrial and a range of shopping centres from local retail to neighbourhood to district throughout inner metro Adelaide their diverse mix of tenancies offers you the chance to grow and challenge yourself.
Due to recent purchases of new shopping centres, expansions of existing centres and a subsequent restructure, this well established South Australian property owner is looking at dividing their portfolio. This role will see you managing all leasing across their multiple shopping precincts in addition to the management of three centres all with very low vacancy rates. You will be able to bring your high energy, ambition and get up and go attitude in combination with experience in negotiating leases, both new and renewals with the retail l tenants.
