Currently operating in Sydney, this organisation is a leader in providing high quality technical solutions to a global client base.
Due to internal promotion this company requires a dynamic customer service focused Help desk Operative to help reduce and eliminate incidents and provide tech support across a large portfolio of clients.
This role would ideally suit a tertiary qualified Level 1 Help desk Operative with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service. You will have some experience working within a very busy high volume Managed Service Desk environment grouped with exemplary communication skills as a minimum requirement for this role. Proven experience with commercial call logging tools such as ServiceNow & Remedy is preferred. This is a standard Level 1 Help desk position requiring a basic knowledge of Active Directory, Lotus Notes, Outlook and Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, Win7, Win8). The ability to work a flexible rota and an demonstrate an abundance of enthusiasm and a clear focus in providing exceptional customer service would fast track your application.
