My client is a leading European Insurer that offers an array of products within Life, Health and Benefits. With an established operation in Hong Kong and various countries and Asia, they have consistently strived to meet and exceed their customer expectations. Currently in a stage of operational change, they are now seeking a Senior Claims Manager.



Reporting to the Operations Head, you will lead a team of 10+ claims professionals. As the Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing your staff. You will lead various project initiatives to ensure the department is operating at maximum efficiency. You will also provide insight and consultation to company direction and operational success.



To be successful for this role you will have at least 10+ years work experience within Life Administration with a focus on Claims. Management level communications in Cantonese and English will be necessary. In return, my client will offer an attractive career prospect and advancement to the right candidate.
