This position is for HP’s Critical Facilities Services, a service line within HP Technical Consulting.
Critical Facilities Services are consulting, design and assurance services for new or retrofit data centers. Our experts combine design engineering and architecture with IT expertise. They design and build data centers to meet changing business needs with lower facilities capital and operating costs.
Role
The CFS Pursuit lead is responsible for developing business relationships with clients leading to contractual work for HP Critical Facilities Services in CIS region. The CFS lead assumes a leadership role in the architecture of solutions and ensures that the pursuit of those solutions is effective, including involvement of key people to close the deals. He/She leads the shaping of deals in order to deliver successful and profitable projects.
The CFS lead acts as focal point contact and trusted advisor for all CFS related matters in the country towards customers and HP internally.
Responsibilities
- Provides primary contact for clients, HP sales, business and delivery people with regards to CFS technical solutions
- Achieve HP order goals for a Critical Facilities Services
- Responsible for qualifying opportunities, leading the pursuit phase and closure of deals
- Develops and reviews Scopes of Work, contracts and costs leading to competitive offerings and profitable projects
- Coordinate resources to work on proposals
- Based on technical expertise and experience, develops services for data center clients that provide a competitive edge for HP, anticipating market needs and demands of the data center industry
- Monitor and get feedback from project managers on projects
- Mentors and develops talent to assure fulfillment capabilities are sustained and capable of meeting market and client demands
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Educational background in construction industry
- Experience in design and/or construction of complex engineering projects, preferably with data centers
- Sales driven attitude and eagerness to win
- Business acumen
- High level verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Russian and English
- Ability to represent HP well to our client’s senior management
- Self-managed working behavior, ability to work in virtual and international teams
