Sales/ Branch Manager - South Of the River



We are proud to represent our client who is the leading supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic components in the Resources and Mining sector. My client has a strong brand globally and is currently looking to take on a Sales Manager for their Perth office.



The role as the Sales Manager will see you organize and deliver the management of key relationships within Western Australia. You will successfully continue growth with key accounts through market research, building and maintaining key clients relationships as well as ensuring the development of new client relations.



This role will see you manage a team of up to 3 reports. You will lead by example, ensuring effective and detailed action plans are prepared and objectives are met with the sales team in WA. It will be your responsibility to monitor your sales team's results, providing feedback on performance and working individually on their future development. You will coach and develop your team to actively engage with their clients and ensure that they are able to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring the success of the WA branch.



On offer:

• $70 - $85K base salary (dependent on experience) plus super

To be considered for this role you will need to have solid Sales Management experience. You will have previous experience in motivating and managing a team with proven sales results. You will need to be relationship driven and solution sales focused. You will need to have a strong technical ability within the seals or hydraulic industries.
