A current project in the Surat Basin has prompted our client to seek assistance from an experienced Site Travel Coordinator to support all travel arrangements for staff relating to a key project, on a contract basis.



Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the role will see you liaising with site staff on a daily basis. You will coordinate all travel arrangements on a daily basis for up to 150 staff and make up to 300 bookings each week. This opportunity will begin immediately and run for approximately four weeks



Your prior experience in a similar site based role, preferably within a similar industry, will see you successful in this operationally focussed role. You will have an excellent eye for detail, the ability to interact with a range of internal stakeholders and external contractors and have a positive attitude towards a fast paced work environment. The project is on a 15/6 roster and comes with a FIFO/BIBO opportunity.
