Business Improvement Manager

My client is a top-tier foreign bank with rapid expansion in China. To support their fast growing business, they are actively looking for one business improvement manager with strong process mapping and change management project experience.



The main responsibilities are to work with business and project stakeholders to understand the organisational and change context, customer impacts, analyse and synthesise process information, and implement business process improvement changes efficiently and effectively within tight timeframes and budgets. You need to implement process improvement opportunities and translate current business issues into clear, measurable process improvement objectives.As well, you need to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to revise processes, procedures and work practices.



To be a qualified candidate, you should have at least 5 years good business process experience, Accredited Green Belt, sound knowledge of process analysis tools, techniques, sound experience in analysis techniques. Good understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures are required. You need to be a bachelor degree holder and speak fluent English and Chinese.
