Finance Manager

Falkirk, United Kingdom, GB - Accounting

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will support the strategic decision making process through the provision of timely and accurate financial information, analysis and forecasts. Managing the finance team and ensuring it provides a proactive service to it's internal customers you will contribute to the development, delivery and review of the organisation wide strategic plans with particular focus on operational finances. Managing the integrity of the costing, budgetary and management information processes across all cost centres, you will oversee quarterly finance reviews with operational management and report to senior management with recommendations on the outcomes, including risks and opportunities.



The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in financial management encompassing regular reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning. With previous staff management experience, you will be able to manage and motivate a team and with a focus on continual improvement, look to meet and exceed the expectations of your internal customers. The ability to critically analysis and evaluate complex financial information coupled with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with non-financial managers will also be essential.
