Russia Managed Services Partner Manager
The Managed Services organization is a growing business within HP's PC and Printing Services group in Russia. Currently all Break&Fix activities are being handled by more then 50 partners (with subsidiaries in different cities more then 80) and have a tendency to grow. These partners are managed by the central MPS team through ADMs and Administrative resources.
We're looking for an individual experienced in Partner Management to build, implement a partner strategy in Russia to optimize the number of partners with a quality partner Network to cover the geography of Russia while maintaining the quality and reducing the cost of delivery. This needs to be done in coordination and cooperation of overall CSS.
Responsibilities:
-In this challenging position the Partner Manager is responsible for the Managed Services break- fix partner strategy in Russia.
-Scanning / evaluating the delivery partner network. Both existing and potential new ones.
-Identifying partners who could help MPS business to optimize the number and the cost of B&F delivery.
-Leading the contractual engagement with these partners.
The partner manager will act as single point of contact between the partner and several HP functions (e.g. Country Delivery Manager, ADM, presales, technical escalation). In this function they will constantly work on improving the PPS Third Party Maintainer model (TPM model), based on the experiences gathered from the daily business and feedback provided by the partners and our customer with the goal to continually provide a state of the art, best in class break-fix service to our customers. Keeping break-fix costs under control, driving audits with our business partners and providing action plans to our partners and internal organization to decrease the costs are essential parts of this role. The Partner Manager is expected to build up a long term, trusted advisor relationship with our break-fix service and to establish a strong network between all involved business functions.
Qualifications
• Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus
• Moderate knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and services industry
• Knowledge of company organization, policies, HP Services (HPS) services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market. General technical understanding of products.
• Problem detection and analysis of root cause
• Leads teams to achieve results
• Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools
• Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills
• Good communication skills. Influence within same team and level.
