Hays have been appointed to recruit a Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis for one of the North West's leading employers. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this is a fantastic opportunity for further your career within a global manufacturing company.
As Customer Service Representative you will play a key role in the day to day running of a busy office environment. Primarily you will be responsible for liaising with customers, regional Sales Managers and internal departments to ensure efficient co-ordination of customer order processing. You will ensure that all information is processed accurately and efficiently, communicate with customers via verbal and written forms and attend to general administration duties. The role will also involve supporting business improvement initiatives with customers. In a company that fosters a strong ethos in customer care, this is a key role within the business.
Essentially you will be fluent in French, and be able to demonstrate 2 years recent experience in a customer service position. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable as well as a third level qualification and experience operating a SAP system.
