Our client is a highly reputable & top performing asset manager who has an opportunity for an accomplished Derivative Operations Specialist to join portfolio services support.

This opportunity requires the expertise and proven ability to work as the senior member of the team providing guidance and supervision of less experienced team members.



As Lead Derivatives Operations specialist, you will have prior experience of set up, trade capture, trade affirmation, confirmation, margin & collateral management, reconciliation's, reporting, project & change support, oversight and control to name just a few.



Candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across the business extensively and to provide guidance and supervision of team members. Part of this role will also be dedicated to evolving processes and implementing changes to working practices and procedures to improve individual and team performance.



To be considered for this role, candidates will come from an asset management operations background, will be educated to degree level, ideally holding an industry qualification and will be conversant with regulations such as EMIR and Dodd Frank.
