Manufacturing Team Leader(s) to work at our new manufacturing facility in the heart of Milton Keynes.

You will lead our operational production teams to deliver best in class and flexible manufacturing performance. This will be achieved through day-to-day effective leadership of a multi skilled production team, exceeding KPI targets and striving for continual improvements.



Reporting to the Production Manager, the Manufacturing Team Leader will lead a team of Technical Operators to deliver products of phenomenal quality within the required parameters of health, safety, environment and cost.



As well as recruiting and developing a team, applying and driving forward lean processes, you will utilise the expertise and input of other departments to drive production performance along with process monitoring systems to optimise cost.



You will ideally have an HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with proven experience within a production supervisory capacity within an FMCG environment. You will have excellent IT and communication skills in addition to being self-motivated and able to work without supervision with a flexible attitude to work as you may be required to work additional hours.
