Hays Construction are working in partnership with a well established tier three builder who are looking to add to their project management capability. With a long history in their chosen markets of successful project delivery this company are a progressive employer who can offer a long term career opportunity for the right candidate.



As project manager for this company you will be fully responsible for the operational and financial success of a range of projects up to $10million across the hospitality, educational and refurbishment markets. Working with experienced site teams you will be comfortable managing relationships with key project stakeholders from client representatives to subcontractors. At all times you will be focused on delivering a satisfactory result for you client while delivering a profitable result for your employer so a keen commercial sensibility is required.



The ideal candidate is a tertiary qualified project manager with experience of delivering projects up to $10million. Candidates with solid contract administration experience will be viewed positively and if you are an ambitious contract administrator with a desire to step into a project management position you will be considered. You must be an excellent communicator capable of communicating appropriately with a range of stakeholders from direct employees to company directors. You will have solid technical building knowledge who enjoys the challenge of design and construct projects.
