We are looking for a technical analyst to work on the rollout of a new system to our Asset Management Business. We are moving from Legacy systems to a new MS AX 2012 implementation and this hire will help with functional Design Documentation for this MS Dynamics AX and Interface components. Provides detailed analysis and design support to development resources on the project. Performs testing on the AX Customization, and in time will be able to help with AX configuration’s based on business requirement. Provides troubleshooting and root cause analysis support to business and IT testing resources during the AX User Acceptance test phases.

Required Competencies:

• Experience in a BusinessIT Analyst role.


• Strong technical writing ability - functional specs, use cases and test cases.


• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements.


• Technical background – Development experience helpful


• Experience in implementation of applications into a business domain.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Knowledge of SQL, ability to execute and review SQL queries.


• Ability to work with a “virtual team”.


• Ability to appreciate different points of view.


• Effective at resolving problems and issues.


• Effective influencing , mediation and negotiation skills


• Global orientation. Understands the complexities of implementing solutions globally.


• Strong meeting management and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the Financial services area.

• Experience working in a large global organization.

• UML expertise.

• Microsoft .net experience.

• OracleSQL server developmentadministration experience.

• Experience in using the following tools for requirements and test case management

o Caliber RM

o Quality Center

o ALM

o Agile Manager Toolset

• Experience working on an AX Dynamics or other similar ERP application implementation.

• Experience in definingdesigndevelopment of customer facing web tools.

• Experience in definingdesigndevelopment of intranet business supporting applications.
