This local council are situated in one of Sydney's most desirable areas within close proximity to the CBD. They are a progressive organisation with a dynamic workforce who strives to deliver quality services and facilities to their community.



To contribute to their project portfolio, an experienced GIS Officer is required to join their infrastructure team on a part time basis. In this role, you'll capture data, maintain and update the council's GIS systems and assist in the interface of their asset management data.



You are an experienced GIS Officer with a background gained in a local government environment. Your career has encompassed the development, implementation and maintenance of a corporate Geographical Information System. You boast strong acumen on FME and Spatial SQL Server in addition to skills on Intramaps/ArcGIS/MapInfo. Your relevant qualification, combined with your sound computer and numeracy skills, ensure a strong ability to interpret geographical and spatial data in this challenging role.



To be successful in this Sydney based contract role, you must have eligible working rights for Australia.
