This leading utilities business based in Melbourne CBD are looking to appoint a Process and Performance Advisor on an initial 12 month contract.



Working across a number of business units you will engage with leaders and operational staff to drive best practice and process optimization.



You will uphold and drive the standards of the organisation's ISO 90001 accreditation and manage the audit process. Utilising your lean/six sigma background you will promote integrity and ownership of quality standards across the business.



Working as part of a PMO team, in a wider change program, you will coach, support and encourage business units to value process improvement and business optimization for commercial gain. In order to achieve this you must have a strong quality management background and first class communication and engagement skills.



Ideally you will have five plus years' experience from a large/complex commercial environment. In addition to your quality and process improvement skills you will also have a strong awareness of project and change methodologies.
