The client is a well known leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in the heart of the CBD that aim to provide professional technical services to the built environment. They currently have a need for a registered architect or design LBP practitioner with management skills to lead a team of experienced architectural technicians.



The role involves preparing fee proposals, managing the team including resource scheduling and project programming. Quality overview of all documentation produced and support to resolve technical issues managing the team including career development, recruitment and training.



You will also ensure project profitability and invoicing, the role will also encompass an element of design management, client liaison and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years experience with at least half in New Zealand and also posses client and relationship management skills and an understanding of their issues.
